Silver Lake Moon Sisters

a Group designed for building a community of inspired women.

Silver Lake Moon Sisters are here to open your life to community, relaxation and inner-connection.

We do so much.

We feel so much.

We loose connection with our inner Self and our community of women. We live in a culture that encourages us to alienate our bodies and our cycles. Every full moon increases our sensitivity and our awareness to these truths and our deepest desires to relax, connect and align.

This group is for women who are stressed out, in pain, and exhausted from giving and giving. This group is for women who have a hard time letting go of control and who feel disconnected to their bodies.

When we are disconnected to our body we are not living in the present moment. Our mind runs wild. It's hard to concentrate and fully listen to others. It's easy to have a panic attack, explode with anger, and live in constant stress and frustration.

On the other hand, when we connect to our body we are more aware. There's less doing and thinking and more feeling and being. There's less taking control and more living in flow. When we are connected to our body we can hear our voice of intuition and life becomes effortless and fun! We benefit so much from connecting to our body. I even see the benefits spill over into relationships with others.

This group is for women who are ready to shift stress into relaxation, pain into peace, start giving back to herself, letting go of control and find balance between giving and receiving.

Get ready to be powerful, present, and embrace who you are!

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Silver Lake Moon Sisterhood.

Every month you're invited to celebrate with us and join our monthly soirée!

Join us for a soirée by signing up below.

A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Get Naked. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. You will be changed. The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it. Please, please allow it.
